If you cancel during draft/sketch phase, full refund

If you cancel during coloring phase, only half of what you paid will be refunded

Revisions should not exceed more than 4 times

Be sure to be responsive but I do understand if you're busy, just don't ghost me :(

The artist will update you in any occasion in regards for the progress and possibly schedule update (because sometimes I attend conventions so I'm not available to work on them during that time)

I have the right to use/post my commission pieces as part of my portfolio, samples or snippets (but if you want it to be private, feel free to inform me)

If you plan on selling the model for some reason: (quitting, or profit-uses) I will not allow you to increase the price from the original price (not including the rig price) and please ask permission first

If the artist or client faces problem such as: short time, packed schedule, workload, unavailability, communication, sickness, or technical problems that could greatly affect the commission. The artist or client shall cancel/refuse the commission beforehand.
